By accessing or using the Yader Printing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Yader Printing provides professional printing services including but not limited to book printing, brochure printing, packaging printing, poster printing, and large format printing. All services are subject to availability and our production capacity.

3. Ordering Process

• All orders must be submitted through our website or approved sales channels.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Production begins only after order confirmation and payment (if required).
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. File Requirements

• Files must be in PDF format with embedded fonts.
• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI for images.
• Include 3mm bleed on all sides.
• Convert all text to outlines or embed fonts.
• We are not responsible for printing errors resulting from incorrect file preparation.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Prices do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
• Payment terms: 50% deposit for new customers, balance due before shipping.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and bank transfers.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Production and Delivery

• Production times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

7. Quality and Returns

• We guarantee the quality of our printing to industry standards.
• Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• We may require return of defective products for inspection.
• Our liability is limited to reprinting or refund at our discretion.
• We do not accept returns for customer errors in file preparation.

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to your designs and content.
• You warrant that you have the right to use all materials provided to us.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from copyright infringement.
• We may use completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yader Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
